Vancouver Island Avalanche Bulletin

The Vancouver Island Avalanche Bulletin has finished posting for the 2008/2009 season. The Bulletin will return when the snow flies next season.

Please be aware that there is still potentially avalanche hazard in the mountains on Vancouver Island at this time of year. Watch the forecast for freezing levels and precipitation amounts and never forget how quickly snow can loose it’s strength when exposed to sun and warm temperatures.
